Objective Area Solutions Awarded ALOE Contract

Objective Area Solutions, LLC, (OAS) – Objective Area Solutions is a company that utilizes its aviation domain expertise to help clients in technical programs be more human-centered, effective, and resilient to improve performance. Objective Area Solutions (OAS) is pleased to announce that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) awarded OAS the Air Traffic Organization Leadership and Organization Effectiveness Contract (ALOE) contract to support the Customer Strategy Directorate (AJG-C) within Management Services. OAS is joined by industry-leading and academic subcontract partners LS Technologies and the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University.

Through this contract, OAS will provide a broad range of leadership and organization development services including strategic planning and strategic facilitation; leadership development, training, and assessments; employee engagement and customer experience support; organizational and cultural change management; and communications support. These services will be provided within the Directorate as well as to other FAA, Department of Transportation, and external government agency clients.
