What did you do prior to joining OAS?

I have been a management consultant for more than 20 years, supporting numerous federal and private sector organizations. I also have held leadership positions in academia as an Assistant Professor and Director of MBA and Executive MBA programs.

What is something you are passionate about most people wouldn't know?

I am passionate about international travel and education. I worked for two years in an emerging economy helping to transform a Diplomatic Academy into a University, and I designed that country’s first Executive MBA program.

What is your favorite book?

What sport, hobby, or passion do you have outside of work?

I am a “retired” martial artist and referee with the International Taekwon-Do Federation. I competed at the national and international levels as a Second Degree Black Belt. Now I am involved in many different sports that for me integrate mind, body, and spirit—running, pilates, and yoga. My most frequent running buddy is my English Setter.
