Mike Hawthorne Joins OAS as Senior Vice President of Development and Engineering Services

Objective Area Solutions, LLC (OAS), an award-winning small business providing aviation-focused technical and professional services to the federal government, is pleased to announce that Mike Hawthorne has joined as a Senior Vice President of Development and Engineering Services.

Prior to joining OAS Mike was the President of DigitaliBiz,LLC where he led the operational and cultural transition of a $45M small business through acquisition, ensuring full integration with the new parent company.  Prior to that he held senior leadership roles at Veracity Engineering and Noblis, Inc.  Mike also served as a senior federal government manager for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for over twenty years, providing technical and strategic leadership on some of the FAA’s most innovative and transformational programs.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors at the Air Traffic Control Association.  Mike holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology, a Master’s in Public Administration from George Washington University, and is a Certified Project Management Professional.
